user：adoptWM-KAThe natural persons who obtain authorization and numbers through the account registration channels provided by the mall for obtaining authorization and passes、Legal person or other organization。
two、Intellectual Property Declaration
WM-KAAll technologies of the mall、program、Data and other information（Including text、Icon、picture、Photo、audio frequency、video、Chart、Color combination、Layout design, etc）All rights of（Including copyright、Trademark rights、patent right、Trade secrets and other related rights）All returnWM-KAThe mall operator owns or is responsible forWM-KAThe mall operator has obtained legal authorization for all。have not yetWM-KALicense from mall operator or rights holder，No one is allowed to use, including through robots、Monitoring of spiders and other programs or devices、copy、spread、Exhibition、image、upload 、Unauthorized use through downloading or other meansWM-KAAny content within the mall。
three、Regarding User Information
1、Users should provide authenticity when registering、complete、Accurate user information，And update user information in a timely manner。Authentic and complete user information will serve asWM-KAThe basis for the mall to provide various services and the prerequisite for users to obtain legal protection。
2、Because the user did not provide truthful information、complete、Inaccurate or untimely update of user information，The user shall bear all losses and liabilities caused by this on their own，Including but not limited to:Account password lost、Account disputes with others, etc。
four、Notice on Platform User Usage
1、Users should ensure that they register、Sign inWM-KAShopping Mall and UsageWM-KAThe information provided during the mall service is all truthful、complete、No error。
2、WM-KAMall Pass Account:
(1) WM-KAOwnership of the mall pass account belongs toWM-KAShopping Mall，After the user completes the registration application procedures，Obtain the right to use this account。
(2) WM-KAThe right to use the mall pass account belongs only to the initial applicant and registrant，To ensure the security of user information and accounts，Prohibit users from transferring、Continuing or leasing account。IfWM-KAThe mall found that the user is not the initial registrant of the account，WM-KAThe mall has the right to reclaim the account without assuming legal responsibility to the user of the account。
(3) Disputes arise between users regarding the ownership of account usage rights，WM-KAThe mall will make independent judgments based on the initial personal registration information，If due to personal data defects(untrue、Incomplete, etc)And it is impossible to determine the true owner of the property，WM-KAThe mall has the right to reclaim the disputed account，The relevant losses and responsibilities shall be borne by the user themselves。
(4) User ResponsibilityWM-KAResponsibility for the safekeeping of mall pass account and password，And take full responsibility for all activities under their account and password。
(5) User RegistrationWM-KAIf the mall pass account is not used for a long time，WM-KAThe shopping mall company has the right to recall accounts，To avoid wasting resources。
3、becauseWM-KAThe mall operator isWM-KAThe sole copyright owner of the mall，The right to provide paid licenses to users in accordance with the law。Users are not allowed to directly or indirectly rent, sell, or share(Paid/free)WM-KAMall Services(Including free trial services)，For accounts that engage in sharing behavior，WM-KAThe mall will no longer provide any follow-up after-sales service。All disputes and losses incurred due to the user's private transfer，To be borne by the user themselves。meanwhile，WM-KAThe mall reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility for users who violate this agreement。
4、If users discover system vulnerabilities、program BUG Waiting should be promptly addressedWM-KAFeedback from mall customer service，If users exploit system vulnerabilities、program BUGWaiting to seek illegitimate benefits，WM-KAThe mall has the right to take measures against relevant accounts，Including but not limited to clearing unjust gains、Account suspension, etc。
5、If the user is not full18One year old or other person with limited capacity for civil conduct，Should be under the guardianship of the legal representative、Read and use this agreement under guidanceWM-KAMall Services，And the legal representative shall complete the registration and use on behalf of the userWM-KAMall Services，And assume legal responsibility and all consequences arising therefrom on behalf of the user。
6、If the virtual product is due to your own account input/Account binding phone number error、Amount error、Improper operation or lack of understanding、Insufficient understanding of recharge billing methods and other factors leading to incorrect account charging、Recharge amount incorrect、Misselection of recharge types and other situations that result in damage to one's own rights and interests，The losses incurred as a result shall be borne by the customer themselves，Our company will not provide compensation or indemnification。
7、After the order is successfully shipped，Users need to click the confirm receipt button on the order interface in a timely manner，exceed2If the hour is not confirmed, the receipt will be automatically confirmed。
five、Regarding User Prohibited Behaviors and Responsibilities
1、Users should comply with the law and the provisions of this agreement，useWM-KAMall Services。Users are not allowed to useWM-KAWhen providing mall services，Implementation includes but is not limited to the following actions:
(1) Unauthorized deletionWM-KAAll copyright related information on the mall and other copies、content。
(2) Without authorizationWM-KAReverse engineering of the mall、Reverse assembly、Reverse compilation, etc。
(3) aboutWM-KAMall related information，Unauthorized use、copy、modify、link、Reprinting、assembly、publish、publish，Establish a mirror site、Unauthorized use of software to develop derivative products related to it、works、Service, etc。
(4) publish、delivery、spread、Storage violates national laws、Endangering national security、National reunification、Content of social stability，Or any inappropriate、Insult and defamatory、Obscene、Violent and any content that violates national laws, regulations, and policies。
(5) publish、delivery、spread、Storage infringes on the intellectual property rights of others、The content of legitimate rights such as trade secret rights。
(6) Use any content that includes trademark infringement、copyright、patent、Utilization of trade secrets or other proprietary rights of either partyWM-KAInformation or data on images or photos obtained from the mall。

seven、Regarding Legal Liability and Disclaimer
1、User understands and acknowledges，WM-KAThe mall involves Internet services，May be affected by unstable factors in various links，Due to force majeure、computer virus、Hacker attack、System instability、User's location、User shutdown and any other network、technology、The risk of service interruption or inability to meet user requirements caused by communication lines and other reasons，Users will bear the above risks on their own，WM-KAThe mall and cooperative units shall not bear any responsibility。
2、User understands and acknowledges，Due to communication line failures of third parties such as the telecommunications department、Technical issues、network、Computer malfunction、Economic losses suffered due to system instability and various other force majeure reasons，WM-KAThe mall and cooperative units are not responsible。
3、WM-KAThird party software or technology that the mall may use，It is legally authorized。Any disputes arising from third-party software or technology，The third party is responsible for resolving the issue，WM-KAThe mall does not assume any responsibility。WM-KAThe mall does not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology，If the user needs to obtain support，Please contact the software or technology provider。
eight、Regarding the pricing rules for platform products

Users can only access it throughWM-KALogin and use the legitimate channels provided by the official website and client of the mallWM-KAMall Services。Users are not allowed to use other unauthorized channelsWM-KAAuthorized development by mall operators includes but is not limited to illegal compatible software、Programs or other non programsWM-KAThe method of explicit permission from the mall operator，Login and useWM-KAMall Services，otherwise，WM-KAThe mall has the right to terminate the user's account usage qualification。

The user understands and agrees，WM-KAMall operators have the right to follow the development of the Internet industry，After notifying users in advance in the form of an announcement，adjustmentWM-KAThe service content of the mall。
twelve、Change of Agreement
WM-KAMall operators can maintain transaction order in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations、Protecting consumer rights requires，Occasionally modify this agreement，The amended agreement（Hereinafter referred to as“Change Matters”）Users will be notified through system announcements or other appropriate means。
If the user disagrees with the changes made，Users have the right to contact before the effective date of the confirmed changeWM-KAFeedback from mall customer service。If the feedback is adopted，WM-KAThe mall operator will adjust the changes at their discretion。
If the user still disagrees with the changes that have already taken effect，The user shall cease use from the effective date of the confirmed changeWM-KAMall Services，The change does not have any effect on the user；If the user continues to use after the change takes effectWM-KAMall Services，It shall be deemed that the user agrees to the effective changes。

1、Any provision of this agreement that is partially or entirely invalid，Does not affect the validity of other terms。
2、Interpretation of this Agreement、Effectiveness and Dispute Resolution，Applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China。If the user andWM-KAAny disputes or controversies arising between shopping malls，Firstly, friendly negotiations should be conducted to resolve the issue，Negotiations cannot be reached，The user fully agrees to submit the dispute or controversyWM-KAJurisdiction of the court where the mall operator is located。
3、WM-KAThe mall operator reserves all rights to interpret this agreement。
